Teacher Appreciation Week

Aren't these adorable!

Made these for our wonderful teachers. We are so thankful for them. This year too, I planned to make the same teacher appreciation gift which I did last year. You can see what I made here . I like the Smores idea a lot I guess, because I love chocolates and it is so easy to put together.

But then as usual I waited till the evening before to make the gifts and realized I didn't have any chocolates. So, decided to make the pots with plants with a note 'Thank you for helping me bloom', which I found here.

I had some extra pots from a gardening birthday party. I filled it up with some potting soil and picked some succulents from my yard to put in it.

Some pictures of the little pots..:)

A couple of years ago, I baked cupcakes for the teachers and wrapped up in cute printables. You can see more here.
