Love of Jute.

Love the natural look of jute. I started by wrapping one of my kid's plastic balls with jute. I loved how it looked, so wrapped some more, this time I used a Styrofoam ball I had. Then I placed it in a bowl along with my collection of ceramic balls.

After I wrapped the balls, I kept looking for things to wrap. The other day I thought it would be fun to wrap one of the wine bottles we just finished. See for yourself, I think it looks great.

Sharing this with these awesome parties here and also at here

  1. Good Morning Priyam, What a good idea, using jute to wrap around plastic balls and bottles. These sorts of textured items are expensive in shops, but with a little patience, you have shown us we can create our own.....now, where's that glue gun????

I know, I have seen these kind of things in fancy stores too...love it when we can make something similar for so much less.

  5. These look great! And I'm sure you saved quite a bit by doing it yourself. I have tried wrapping jute around candles and wooden letters, but never a wine bottle. Great idea!
Thanks for sharing at my link party.
