A cooking Birthday Party

Few days back I organized a cooking birthday party for little girls. These are some of the pictures from that party.

The sign I  made the previous night to hang on the front door. An half hour craft, the tutorial for which is available here. The 'Happy Birthday' banner I used on the sign is available here.

These are some of the decor I made.

The table settings.

I made aprons and chef hats for all the girls. Tutorial for the chef hats is available here.

As soon as the girls arrived they got to decorate their chef hats. I made the chef hats with printer and parchment paper. Tutorial for these hats are available here.

The other activities for the party was rolling and creating their own pizza. While the pizza was being cooked, the girls rolled and cut out sugar cookies. By that time pizza was done and they all got to eat their own creations.

After pizza they decorated cookies, some of which they even got to take home in their goody bags.

  3. Great party idea! My son loves the show Chopped on Food Network, I think he'd get a kick out of a party like this. It would be easy to make it a more masculine theme. Just pinned! Thanks for linking up to the Lovely Ladies link party this week and sharing with us.

  10. What a great theme for a 6th birthday party! And it’s good to know that the girls had fun. Well who wouldn’t, right? Making their own pizzas and cookies is always a fun activity to do. Anyhow, with this success I’m sure your daughter is now looking forward on her next birthday.
