DIY Easter Basket

Last minute making of an Easter Basket. A quick run to Target to pickup few things and made this 😊.

Tomorrow I’ll have some clues hiding around the house, like a treasure hunt till they get to their baskets 

Lemon Pudding Cake.

I wanted to share the recipe of this lemon pudding cake that I made for Easter brunch. Unfortunately, these were the only pictures I took of these cakes from our Easter table. I wished I had taken more pictures to highlight these goodies. Oh well, maybe next time. But I did not want to wait till the next time I bake these before sharing the recipe or else I might forget.

Decorating Eggs

We started decorating eggs a little early this time. Well, this is what happens when we are stuck at home and there's not much we could do. The best thing that has happened when being all isolated at home is more time spending time with family and more time crafting too..:)

I thought these unicorn eggs turned out cute...but you should see what I started with..:D

We are getting ready for spring around here. This springy bunny banner is just right to set the mood for spring decor. I love the cotton tail..:)

Coloring , Painting, Dying Eggs.

So last weekend we spent some time coloring eggs. We painted some of the eggs, dyed some and some we colored with pens.

And we did a whole bunch of it..:)

Origami Rabbit Basket

There is something about bunnies and spring, I don't know what though. I don't even know what's with the Easter bunnies. Bunnies have nothing to do with Easter. Whatever it is, these Origami rabbit baskets are cute and maybe right for this season...:) If you are hosting any spring or Easter parties, these can be used as favor baskets, just put some candies or small toys  in the basket.

Remember Easter growing up. It was little different than what we celebrate here, but it is still so much fun. We have a big egg hunt at the park across the street and kids look forward to that. The first time my son went for the egg hunt, he was so happy to pick just one egg, even though there were so many all around. These days he is getting faster and better at picking eggs...:) He just runs and puts so many in his basket...
