If you are looking for a simple and quick decor for valentine, this paper heart garland might just be the solution. These can also be used as a backdrop for a photo booth.
Making this garland is so simple that it doesn't even need any instructions. Just stick the paper hearts to a string. You can use all same color for hearts, but I like the pop of color among the black and white magazine paper hearts.
