I make different types of fabric flowers and today I thought about writing the tutorial for maybe one of the easiest types of fabric flowers you could make.
You'll need:
- Fabric
- Needle and thread.
- Scissors
- Decorative buttons or beads.
Steps:
- Cut different sizes of circles out of the fabric.
- Now slightly burn the edges of the fabric, by slightly taking the fabric close to a candle, not too close or the fabric will catch fire. Doing this will not let the fabric fray.
- Now needle through the differnt sizes starting from biggest to smallest circles of fabric. Now attach beads or buttons to the top of the smallest circle.
And there you have it!
You can use in these flowers in different ways. I have used them in clips, brooches and even sewed to my cardigans to make it more prettier..
