Quick and easy cake cookies
Ingredients:
For cookies:
1 box cake mix
2 eggs
1/4 cup oil.
For frosting:
1/2 cup or 1 stick butter at room temperature
2 1/2 cups of confectioner sugar
food coloring.
Steps:
To make cookies.
- Heat oven to 350 degrees C.
- Mix cake mix, eggs and oil and make a dough.
- Roll small balls out of the dough and bake for 6-7 minutes till the cookies are done.
- Take it out of the oven and let it cool.
To make frosting.
- Beat butter and sugar and mix well to make frosting.
- Now seperate the frosting in seperate bowls and put few drops of food coloring in each bowl.
To assemble, put some frosting on to the base of one cookie and sandwich with the other cookie.
