This past weekend, I had fun making these crepe paper flowers with my little one. Infact she did most of the gluing. I just had to cut the papers into petals and she did the gluing part. I had lots of crepe paper remaining from the crepe paper banner I had made for one of the birthday parties. I knew, I didn't want to store the banner, but didn't want to toss away all those crepe paper pieces which were in good condition. So thought of making flowers. It was a good project to keep my little one busy and she was so excited to make all these.
If you want to check the crepe paper banner I made, here's the tutorial to make it. It is quick, easy and inexpensive way to decorate. I have made these banners at different occasions to decorate, since its easy to make and I just have to pick the crepe paper in party theme colors.
Ok, so back to showing off our paper flowers.
Aren't these beautiful.
Made these using the tutorial to make this flower
