Fabric Markers on Tshirts.

Few days back, for a class project we made these Tshirts. I hand drew on a paper first, then let the kids trace it on Tshirts and they colored it too with the fabric markers.

This was the first time I used fabric markers and I liked the way the Tshirts turned out to be. I would have preferred fabric paint to get the smoother look and hopefully no streak marks but since I let the kids color, this option was mess free, which was good.

The end result was not bad either. What do you think? The kids thought it was great and that's what it mattered....:)

The first week, we made 10 T-shirts and they were so popular that we ended up making 10 more Tshirts the following week.

For the first week, these were some of the Tshirts we colored. All the plain Tshirts I bought from the dollar tree store.

The minion was one of my favorites...:)

And here is the set of second week Tshirts. The second week Tshirts, were custom orders ..:)  Kids wanted dragons, cats and dogs too this time.

    1. Thank you Kristi! I have to admit this was my kids ideas. I didn't think it will turn out that good as it did and the kids had fun coloring and drawing too, so that was good.

  6. What a great idea! I bet the kids would love this. I think it's going to be one of our rainy day activities this summer. I've tried something like this before, but it didn't work out as planned. Thanks for linking up and sharing with us at Funtastic Friday. Hope you join us again this week.
