Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

An easy and quick dessert, which everybody loves. I made these for a large crowd and it was gone in minutes..) These will be great as July 4th dessert going with the red-white and blue theme.

You'll need:
--------------
24 Big strawberries
8 oz Cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup blueberries.

Steps:
-------
- Cut the stems off from the strawberries. This will help the strawberries to stand up straight.
- Make a X slit at the top of strawberries, making sure that the cut is not all the way down.
- Mix the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and mix well.
- Pipe the cream cheese mixture in the strawberries. Top it with a blueberry.

Enjoy!
